Several LWV Greater Dayton Area members participated in the October 18 NO KINGS Rally to create some good trouble and peaceably assemble to denounce threats to voting rights, free speech, the separation of powers and executive overreach teetering on authoritarianism.
Our own League President Jacquie Housel joined several speakers who encouraged the crowd to stand up to these threats by voting and continuing to pressure elected officials to act on behalf of the citizens they serve.
